CBD (cannabinoids) is one of the compounds in the cannabis plant. With CBD oil gaining extensive recognition for its various health benefits, its no wonder more people are taking notice. According to multiple studies, CBD oil promotes natural pain relief and anti-inflammatory properties, reduces anxiety, promotes a more restful sleep, relieves occasional nausea, enhances relaxation, supports normal cartilage and joint function, and much more. An article in the British Journal of Clinical Pharmacology found some evidence that CBD may help inhibit the spread of cancer cells. Please note that we cannot promise any of these benefits with use. Your doctor should be consulted before using this or any other product.
There are two active ingredients in the cannabis plant – THC and CBD. Each of these have different effects. THC, which produces a “high” when a person smokes or consumes it. CBD does not have THC and is not psychoactive and therefore it does not change a person’s state of mind when using it.

How much should I take? How do I take it?
A number of factors, such as weight, metabolism, genetics, etc., determine your ideal CBD serving. If this is your first time trying CBD, we recommend starting with a small serving of only 10-25mg and increasing it later if desired. Use the dropper to apply drops under the tongue, holding for 5 to 10 seconds before swallowing. CBD can take time to work, so wait up to 2 hours before ingesting another serving. Some people may require up to 100-150mg per serving of CBD to get the desired effect.
A good rule of thumb is: “You can always take more, you can never take less.”
Is CBD Oil Legal?
Currently, hemp-derived CBD products are legal in all 50 states, and over 40 countries. You should always check with your local government officer, police department, or customs office for the most up to date information regarding the legality of CBD in your area. This article should not be considered legal advice, so we strongly recommend that you check with your own local administration to ensure that you are happy with the level of legality of consuming these products before you buy them.
What is This CBD Oil Made From?
Our CBD is derived from industrial hemp. The CBD oil is extracted from hemp with kosher alcohol. Our extract undergoes purification and distillation processes to result in a high quality, high-CBD oil free from all solvents.
Is CBD Oil the Same as Hemp Oil?
If you are trying CBD for the first time, you may not be sure what you should be searching for. There are numerous online stores selling hundreds of different CBD products. For the first time buyer, it can be a challenge to sort through all of the options. Large retailers like Amazon sell “hemp oil,” but these products should not to be confused with CBD.
Hemp oil, or hemp seed oil, is extracted by pressing the seeds of the hemp plant. While hemp oil does possess some health-related benefits, hemp seeds do not contain any cannabinoids, so products labeled as “hemp oil” do not provide the reported medicinal benefits of CBD, or other cannabinoid-based products. The Hemp Industries Association makes the distinction between hemp oil and CBD extracts, stating, “CBD is not a product or component of hemp seeds and labeling to that effect is misleading and motivated by the desire to take advantage of the legal gray area of CBD under federal law. Hemp seed oil does not contain any significant quantity of CBD.”
- Each ml contains 50mg of CBD (1.6 mg per drop)

Where to purchase pure cbd thc oil for cancer
As of 2022, CBD that comes from hemp (a type of cannabis sativa plant) that produces no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight is considered legal at the federal level. State laws vary, so it’s best to confirm any rules and regulations that apply to your area with your local and state legislation.
Is CBD oil safe?
The FDA reports it’s only seen limited data regarding the safety of CBD. Anyone interested in consuming CBD in any form should first consult with their healthcare provider and be aware of potential risks associated with using CBD products, including liver injury, drug interactions and male reproductive toxicity.
Who should use CBD oil?
A growing body of research suggests CBD oil can benefit people with:
- Epilepsy syndromes
- Opioid addiction
- Neurodegenerative disorders and diseases
- Unmanageable chronic pain
- Diabetic complications
Talk to your healthcare provider to learn more about whether CBD oil could be beneficial for you.
Can CBD oil impact the results of a drug test?
Standard drug tests don’t screen for CBD because it’s not an intoxicating substance, nor is it an illegal controlled substance. However, some CBD products contain trace amounts of THC, which can affect the results of a drug test.
